villa in Sant Pere de Molanta

Located in the area of the same name, in a rural region surrounded by vineyard, at the south extremity of Vilafranca del Penedès, in Sant Pere Molanta. Catalan house del XIIIth century, with basilical house, the only one registered as historical interest in Vilafranca del Penedès. It's divided in two lodgings, the owner's one, on the first floor, and the clients'one, in the right side of the ground floor of the house. The property has a swimming-pool (5X10 m.) to share with the owners, located beside a little park with trees and swings for kids. Close to a playing area, there's a garden cultivated in the traditional way, whose vegetable are at the disposal of the clients. The clients have their own little park with bamboos and mimosas.

It has two independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A large kitchen-dining room, with a wooden beams ceiling and a big oval table, is equipped with fridge, stove, electric oven and microwave, dishwsher, washing machine. On the other side of the room, there is the living room, with chimney, sofas and TV , which communicates with the garden by a large window lighting all the room. Complete bathroom with bath. The house has central heating. Possibility of additional double bed.

The "masia", situated in Sant Pere Molanta, is surrounded by vineyards and before, the owners used to do their own wine, as the numerous barrels testify on the ground floor. It's possible to do wine tasting, commented by a professional. Located between the Garraf and the Penedès, Vilafranca and Sant Sadurni are 5 min. away, the Sitges and Vilanova beaches 20 min. away and 30 min. from Barcelona, Port Aventura or Tarragona. Trekkings in the Garraf Natural Park, Olerdola or beside the Foix river. Moreover, the wine route permits agreeable biking tours, through the typical landscapes of the Penedès. Iberico-roman remains of the Olerdola castle.
