The old rectory of a Romanic church situated in the small, quiet town of Clariana of 35 inhabitants close to the river of the name. Enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue in a peaceful location, surrounded by woods, fields and orchards. 30 mins from Barcelona for shopping, sightseeing, bars and restaurants and 45 mins from Sitges, one of the liveliest spots on the Costa Daurada both for beaches and nightlife.

The house is distributed on three floors. Ground floor games room with pool table and table tennis with access onto street. Five double bedrooms on the first floor with lots of light, each with a different character, and two complete bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and there are two extra beds for the other rooms. Air conditioned summer dining-room and terrace with access to garden, barbecue and fenced swimming pool also on the first floor. On the second floor there is the living room/dining-room with fireplace, T.V. and DVD, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine,… . Second floor access to a further terrace with garden furniture. Central heating. Also available are 4 extra beds for children.

Outings on foot, horse riding, guided tours on quads, balloon rides are all within easy reach. 45 mins from the golf course, and plenty of activities for childrenIncluding guided tour of farm with children's' workshop. Aeronautical fare in July and 12th night procession( the arrival of the three kings) in January are worth a visit in Igualada. Also a 45 min journey away is the theme park ‘Port Aventura' in Tarragona, great fun for both children and adults.
