An authentic catalan house dating from the Xth century. Stone and wooden beams made, it evaluated and adapted through the time. That's how the annexes has been transformed in three tastefully decorated apartments (See also property Ref: 32421 and 32422) . The property is located in a very agreeable environment, at 800 m. high, which gives superb views on the valleys and the forests. The clients have at their disposal a shadowed area to rest, with tables and chairs, and a 3X7 m. swimming pool. The owners offer fruits and vegetables they produce, such as the chicken they grow in the bio way.

It's divided in two floors. In a same atmosphere, the ground floor is divided in two different parts : a living room from each we enter, with TV set, sofas for 4 people, an agreeable chimney and the kitchen-dining room equipped with fridge, stove and electric horn.
