The house was built in the 18th century and it is surrounded by growing fields and an oak tree wood. There is a courtyard with a barbecue at the entrance. This area is separated from the garden by a stone wall and a wooden door. There is a 5x10 m swimming pool and outdoor furniture in the garden. You can enjoy the magnificent view over the valley from there. Swings, table tennis and basketball net. The place is very nice and quiet.. THE PRICES SHOWN ARE FOR MINUM BOOKINGS OF 12 PEOPLE.

The house is distributed on two floors. From the patio outside there is access to three different parts of the house. On the left of the main entrance there is access to a large room especially prepared for large groups to eat together with a large dining table, the barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will also find a part of the room dedicated to games, with table football, table tennis and pool table. On the right of the main entrance you will find an out building restored and including a double bedroom and a bathroom. This out building includes a mezzanine with two further single beds. The main entrance to the house is through a porch where there is a table and chairs. Once inside, on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor you will find a living room/ dining-room with fireplace and a TV, a smaller kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, and a terrace overlooking the patio and the swimming pool. Also there are four bedrooms, two double and two twin and two bathrooms. The third floor is made up of two bedrooms: one twin and the other with three single beds, and a bathroom. Central heating. Pets sleep outside.

You can visit the castles of Florejacs, Concabella, Aranyó and Moncortés or admire the roman ruins of Guissona and Cervera. Everyone who has been there recommend the visit of the town of Montfalcó, one of the most beautiful towns in Catalonia. There is also a great offer for tasting the typical dishes of the area.
