The house was built in the typical coastal style of the Costa Brava. It is situated in the town of Sant Pere Pescador, with a view over the river Fluvià.The ground floor is just the access to the first floor, where the lodging is. The beach is only 1 km. away. This lodging is ideal for spending some relaxing days and for enjoying the pleasures of the sea. The terrace has got a beautiful view and some outdoor furniture.

The house has got two double rooms, one of them with a queen size bed and direct access to the terrace. Every bedroom has got a view. The living room has got a dining area with a TV and a fireplace.The kitchen has got a fridge and a washing machine. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Electric heaters.

Can Joan leaves a boat at your disposal. You can sail all along the river up to the island of Caramany and to the bridge at the entrance of Sant Pere Pescador. You can also visit Cadaqués, the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, the Castle of Peralada and the Dalí museum in Figueres. Seeing the greek ruins of Empúries or to practising some sports such as canoeing, windsurfing, rowing, fishing, sailing is also very intersting. Apart from all that you also have the possibility of renting a bicycle.
