rural house in Ventallo

Located in the town of Saldet, only 5 km. away from the beach, an ideal house for relaxing. Its surroundings offer you the view of the typical growing yards of the Costa Brava. The house is totaly restored and full equipped, and a stair at the entrance takes you to the first floor where, apart from the rooms there is also a terrace.

The house has got two double rooms with twin beds.The kitchen is open and it communicates with the living and dining room. There is a fireplace and a TV. It has also got a bathroom and a terrace.Electric heating.

There is a path that follows the course of the river Fluvià. You can join it by bicycle or walking, and it takes you to the town of Sant Pere Pescador, where you can do different water sports. Some cultural trips could take place in Figueres, where you can visit the Dali museum, or through the historical routes to Castelló d'Empúries, Pals, Peratallada, Sant Pere de Rodes... These routes take you close to the beautiful towns of Cadaqués and Port Lligat and to the Natural Park of El Cap de Creus. There is also another Natural parK: Els Aiguamolls de l'Empoprdà (marshes). Bread is delivered to you every day and fish only twice a week.
