This town house is located in the small village of Villamaniscle, in a very quiet street. It's a two floor house with a big terrace offering nice views over the village. 3 km. from Garriguella and 20 km. from Figueras, the Alt Empordà county town. 20 min. from the beaches.

We enter the house by a living-room/dining-room with table, sofa and chimney. From here, we enter into a very well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric horn, microwaves and fridge. The washing machine is in another room. Stairs lead from the living-room to the first floor where a hall gives access to the four bedrooms : two with double beds and two with two single beds in each. Two bathrooms with shower. On the same floor, there's a big terrace with outside furniture. The house have central heating.

Cal Nin is in a very agreeable area where it's possible to practice lots of sports activities as well as cultural ones. It's close to the pretty coast village of Cadaqués which inspired various artists, such as Dalí, Picasso or García Lorca. You can see Dalí's works in his museum in Figueras. Hiking and observation of the numerous birds in the Aiguamolls Natural Park of the Empordà. Windsurf on the Costa Brava. The house is 500 m. from the public swimming-pool of Villamaniscle.
