A restored barn, this old house is placed on the highest point in the town of Calvinyà. It is made of stone with a slate roof, very typical of the Pyrenees. There is a courtyard at the entrance. The house has all the facilities, as well as a small garden with an artificial pond and garden furniture. The town is at the top of a mountain range, so that the view over the capital of the region, La Seu d'Urgell, is magnificent.

The lodging is distributed in two floors and a small attic. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with two very big windows and equipped with a dish washer and a washing machine. There is also a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a dining area with a satellite TV and a Hi-Fi. On the first floor there are three double rooms with queen size beds and set in wardrobes, and a bathroom. One of them has got a balcony with a beautiful view. The best option in the area is nature. You can go trekking around the lakes, through the woods of Sant Joan de l'Erm, up and down the Cadí mountains or in the park of El Segre, in la Seu. You can practise many sports: skiing, rafting, fishing or horse riding. It is also a very good place for mushroom picking in autumn. There are also many megalithic stones to admire. Andorra, the little country in the Pyrenees, is also very near.
