A house located in the village of Les Preses, in the Vall d'en Bas, in the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park. The house is surrounded by a oak and conifer forest. Totally restored in 2004. Close to the house, there is the Vía Verde. Exclusively for the use of pedestrians or bike riders, this road joins Olot to Sant Feliu de Guixols, in the Baix Emporda, going through the city of Girone. By this way, you're going to Les Preses, where it's possible to go to the public swimming pool, 300 m. away.

The lodging has only one level. It has four double bedrooms, two with double bed and two others with single beds. Three bathrooms, two with tube and the third one with shower. Kitchen equipped with induction stove, electric horn, fridge… Living room-dining room with chimney and a large balcony. Covered terrace. Two additional beds available. Central heating.There are NO towels or bed linen.

The Garrotxa region offers to the visitors various activities : trekkings on the numerous trails of the Natural Park, the visit of the volcanoes, Santa Margarida, Montsacopa, croscat. It's also important to talk about the historic centers of the villages of Besalú, Castellfollit de la Roca, Les Planes d'Hostoles, Santa Pau, Sant Joan de les Fonts… For the lovers of active tourism, balloon flights, horse riding, tourist train routes, bike riding, golf… The surroundings of Les Preses and the Vall d'en Bas, composed by 7 small villages, keeps a rural aspect and a special charm which invites to walk through the small streets of those villages surrounded by a very dense nature.
