Isolated house, located 800m away from the village Les Preses in the middle of the valley d'en Bas and inside the Volcanic Natural Park of La Garrotxa. Arriving the house is found a wide plot to play ; Beside the entrance there is a place with garden furniture. Near the house there is a Green Road which joins Olot, Girona and Sant Feliu de Guixols where long walks or bicycle trips can be done. Local swimming pool at Les Preses and Joanetes.

Designed in two floors, on the first floor there is a large kitchen equipped with electric cook and oven, fridge, washing machine, etc…Living-room/dining room with fireplace and TV, a nice terrace and a full bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two double rooms one with one bed and one with three single beds. Bathroom with bath. Central heating. There are NO towels.

The region of La Garrotxa offers its visitors a great variety of leisure activities: trekking all around the Natural Park, visit to the volcano, Santa Margarida, Montsacopa, Coscat. Special mention of the historical town centres of Besalú, Castellfollit de la Roca, Les Planes d'Hostoles, Santa Pau, Sant Joan de les Fonts,…For all those who are keen on doing different activities: horse riding, tourist train routes, walks on carriages, cicling,…golf. The places which surround the towns of Les Preses and Vall d'en Bas (this one formed by seven villages) still keep its special rural charming which invite to go for a walk among their side-streets. All of them surrounded by an outstanding landscape. Among them it is important to point out the town Hostalets.
