Situated in the town of Foradada in the region of La Noguera very close to the town of Artesa de Segre, the house is located in a gorge of the River Segre which stretches from Artesa de Segre to the Camarasa reservoir. The gorge enjoys its own microclimate which means that the surroundings of the house are unusually green for this region. Outside there is all the necessary garden furniture, a sports field and a swimming pool (1,50m deepest end). BOOKINGS OF MINIMUM 20 PEOPLE .

The house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, a large dining-room and a living room with TV and sofas. From the garden there is access to two bathrooms with five toilets each. On the second floor there is a large multi purpose room, two bedrooms with bunk beds catering for fourteen people each. There is a further bedroom for four with two bunk beds and another which sleeps six (three bunk beds). There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There are three further bathrooms, two with two toilets each.

Half a kilometre from the house is found the 12th century Salgar Monastery (Monastir I Sanctuari de Salgar), situated in a large cavity in the rock face. On the top of the hill facing the house there is a well conserved Iberian village from which there are splendid views over the river gorge and the Monastery. For lovers of outdoor activities, there is canoeing from the reservoir, gorge walking, climbing and mountain biking. The Montsec mountain range is the perfect spot for appreciating the stars (Montsec astrological park). At the house you will find all the necessary information to do archery in Artesa de Segre, horse-riding in Rubió and outing of a wide range of distances and difficulties on foot or by bike.
