Casa Mestre Gros - Cerc

A converted barn, now a house situated on the outskirts of the small mountain town of Cerc, 4 km from the region's capital La Seu d'Urgell. The building is constructed with thick stone walls, wooden doors and windows and is distributed on two floors with a small entrance patio and parking space at the front of the house. The house also has a pleasant garden with a play area for children and a private swimming pool (9m x 4m) . Excellent views from the garden.

The house is distributed on two floors and an attic. On the main floor there is a living room/ dining-room with a fireplace and satellite TV. A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. On the same floor you will find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom and the washing machine. Downstairs there are another three bedrooms, two twins and a double. The attic is open into the living room and has two single beds, ideal for children. Access to the garden is from this floor and there is also a small library. Central heating throughout the house.

You can visit the church of Cercs, built in the 12th century. The highest mountains of this region are in this village. The Region of the Alt Urgell is located in centre of the Pyrenean, in the valley of the Segre. This is one of the regions with more variety in landscaping: every valley is different from the other, with their own characteristics and appearance.
