Located on an estate of 420 acres of farm and woodland at over 3000 feet, the house has some excellent views over the Valley (La Vall d’en Bas). The farm is dedicated to rearing cattle but does not have an excessive production and during the spring and the summer the cattle graze in the nearby fields. There are two parts to the estate, the first where the owner’s house, two properties to rent (See property Ref: 11931 and 11932) and a large games room with sofas, pool table, table football, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for large groups are located. A little way down, about 800 metres from these main properties are two further properties: Ref: 11933 (sleeps 13) and 11934 (sleeps from 2-4) with a shared swimming pool. The two properties can be rented together or individually.

Situated on a slope, we enter the house on the middle floor where the living room (fireplace, TV, large dining table) and the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, and dishwasher) are located. On the lower floor there is a large bedroom with 5 single beds and TV, ideal for children. On the upper floor we find three double bedrooms and a bathroom (round bath). Next to the kitchen there is a small utility room where the washing machine is located. Central heating.

On the estate you can enjoy the livestock, above all the cattle, the poultry and the dogs. It may even be possible to witness the birth of calves as they are born all year round. The estate is near the source of the river Fluvià, which passes through the estate at various points, ideal for swimming in the summer. There is also a beautiful Romanic church inside the boundries of the estate. As well as the famous historic sights of the Garrotxa region , well worth a visit is the area popularly known as ‘L'esquirrol', in particularly the hermitage of Sant Julià de Cabrera, refuge of 15th and 16th century travellers, a two hour walk over the spectacular undulating countryside.
