La Casa Nova de Serrat - Serrat-Queralbs

Newly built terraced house located in the tiny hamlet of Serrat, a few kilometres from the town of Queralbs. The house has been built using the traditional materials of the area: wood and stone. There is a small terrace garden for client’s use.

 

The house is distributed on two floors. Entrance is upstairs where the living room/ dining-room and the kitchen are located. The living room features a TV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Stairs from the living room lead to the ground floor where the bedrooms are located. There is double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower). Optional two extra beds. Central heating.

 

Only 5 km from the town of Queralbs form where you can easily reach the Vall de Nuria by train. The Vall de Nuria has a wide range of activities on offer, including skiing, horse riding, sledging, guided visits and a children’s park.Queralbs is an excellent starting point to go hiking especially up the famous ‘Puigmal´ Mountain (2913m) Queralbs is found in the Vall de Ribes where you can tour the Romanesque churches of the area including the churches of St Jaume de Queralbs and Sant Sadurni de Fustanyà.
