Situated to the best of the Solsonès region, 3km from the peaceful town of St Climenç. The property, dating from the 12th century, has been fully restored and now consists of the owner’s house at the front and a self-catering lodging to the rear sleeping 10 people. Outside there is a fenced garden area with swimming pool (9,5m x 4,5m, 1,20m deep), sun beds, tables and chairs, shared with the owners. Porch with barbecue.

Situated on the first floor of the Masia, on the left of the entrance there is a double bedroom. A hallway leads to the central room of the house consisting of a dining area, sofas, TV, DVD/ video player and fireplace (perfect for grilling food). The other rooms lead off the central living area. There are two bedrooms with three single beds, a twin room and a kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher). Two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi). Washing machine and central heating.

The house is situated 3km from Sant Climenç, where there are sports facilities (football and basketball). Also in the town a 12th century Romanesque church and a traditional restaurant. Further away one can enjoy the spectacular countryside, including some unique spots by the River Ribera Salada, especially the Pont del Clop, a perfect place to bathe in the river’s crystal clear waters. Solsona, the region’s capital stands out for its historic centre, conserving, among other things, three of the former gates to the once walled city and a 16th century town hall.
