Cal Serni - Calvinyà

Located in the small town of Calvinyà, at 1000m high, 6 km from the Seu d'Urgell, you have wonderful views of the region. A few meters of the town, you can enjoy the Cadí mountains views, the shore of the Segre, Alàs and the Seu d'Urgell. The house is located on the side of the village. It is an independent house with a patio of exclusive use and it is part of a building where rooms are rented. The wide garden, the orchard and the animal farm yard are to be shared with the rest of the guests.

The acces to the house is from the closed patio, the house has a pleasant and ample balcony. On the ground floor, where you enter, you find the kitchen-dining room, with refrigerator, hob and microwave. You also find a double room and a bath with bathtub. There is a living room, with a comfortable sofa and television. Central heating.

Calvinyà is located in Valls del Valira. It is situated in the north of de Alt Urgell and it makes border with Andorra. The highest mountains of this region are in this village. The Region of the Alt Urgell is located in the centre of the Pyrenean, in the valley of the Segre. This is one of the regions with more variety in landscape: every valley is different from the other, with their own characteristics and appearance.
