RATES

For stays up to 7 days, the system will add automatically a 50 EUR one-time cleaning fee.
For stays longer than 7 days, the cleaning fee will be modified manually before confirming the booking to the following amounts:
- 8-14 nights: 75 EUR
- 15-21 nights: 100 EUR
- 22 to 28 nights: 125 EUR

For stays between 7 and 13 days, the system will apply a 14% discount on the nightly rate.
For stays longer than 13 days, the discount will be modified manually before confirming the booking to the following percentages:
- 14-20 nights: 20%
- 21-27 nights: 23,75%
- 28-34 nights: 26,25%
