Comfortable self catering holiday apartment in the gothic Neighbourhood of Barcelona, 160 m2, renewed, refurbished and nicely decorated Three nice bedrooms all with bathrooms in suite, and a large dining area with a comfortable open kitchen. On a third floor without elevator; so please “better leave huge trunks and heavy suitcases at home”.

• A large comfortable dining area with table for up to twelve people with open kitchen.
• Three bedrooms with double beds and closet space, one with an additional double sofa bed, with three complete bathrooms in suite with bathtubs or shower. 
• Second spacious living area with with a double sofa bed, lots of closet space and large card table/writing area. 
• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric counter top stove, microwave oven, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots, electric kettle, and all necessary equipment for cooking.
• Windows with double glazing and special laminated silence glass.
• Colour satellite TV, radio CD, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
• Heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
• Towels and bed linens are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
• Cot for babies is available upon request. Baby linen are not provided.
• This apartment is self-catering self-service. Soaps, toilet paper and other personal hygiene items are not provided.

Forms part of a specially protected architectural heritage residential compound of three blocks, partially recovered, located in the gothic neighbourhood.

Lost key surcharge: For every set of keys lost there is a 50.00 euros surcharge.
Late arrival fee: Arrivals between 21:00Hs and 24:00Hs have a surcharge of 30.00 euros; Arrivals after 24:00Hs have a surcharge of 50.00 euros. These surcharges must be paid cash on arrival.

Please note: Reduction of number of guests or of number of nights: These changes must be advised prior to arrival.
Once pre-payment has been made, which confirms a reservation, the reduction of the number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 25.00 euros administration fee for the recalculation of pricing.
But if the number of nights or of guests is reduced between 7 days prior to the arrival and the arrival - recalculation of the price is not possible.

Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Barcelona and to enjoy the stay. Clients MUST RESPECT the neighbours, as the apartment is in a residential block. No parties are allowed in the apartment, party outside. If the neighbours complain or the police is called it will result in immediate eviction without refund.

 The meeting point for this apartment is by the fountain in the center of the Plaza Real, close to the "Ramblas".
