Cal Millàs - Castellfollit de Riubregós

An authentic Catalan country manor house dating from the 17th century situated in a small village formed by two farm houses, a working farm and various outbuildings. The estate is dedicated to arable farming and cattle. Outside the house there is an open area with trees and lawn, tables and benches and a covered area acting as a car park. On request clients will also have horse stables available for them. In front of the house there is a fenced area where the swimming pool is found (7m x 4m) and also on one side a patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture.

The entrance to the accommodation is on the ground floor where the former stables are situated (now closed). Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a large living- and dining room with fireplace, a gallery with splendid views over the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside. There is also a further sitting room with arm chairs and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, microwave, electrical furnace, dishwasher and fireplace. The kitchen leads outside to the patio where the barbecue is located. There are four bedrooms, three of which have the beds situated in traditional alcoves. There are three double rooms and two twin rooms. In one of the double rooms there is a sofa bed for two and in another double room there is a further sofa bed (120cm) for either two children or one adult. There are three bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath). Washing machine and central heating.

The Anoia region is close to Barcelona but full of surprises. Marked out are some routes of historic interest which take into account the region’s prehistoric, medieval and Romanesque past. This also is the perfect place for walking and cycling. There is also a wide range of adventure sports available in the area, including Ballooning in Odena or Pujalt, riding at Odena and Castellolí, Pitch and Putt at Massoteres.
