Cort de Can Margarit - Calonge

The property is located on the outskirts of the town of Calonge, in a very quiet place among woods and growing fields, three km. away from the beach.The property is formed by four independent accomodations (See property Ref: 21006, 21007 and 21008) . They were built in 1820 and they have got big outdoor spaces: a games area with a mini-soccer table and a ping-pong table, and a 12x6 m swimming pool.  It is situated to one side of the main building, separated for the other lodgings and enjoying its own porch with garden furniture.

Distributed on one level, the entrance gives onto the living room with TV. Further on we find a kitchen with a washing machine and a gas oven.  There is a double bedroom,  a twin room, and  a bathroom. Cantral heating.

You can visit the Castle of Calonge, go on trips to the mountains of Les Gavarres or relax on the beaches of La Costa Brava. You can rent horses 9 km. away and you can also practise water sports. You can visit the town of Girona, with its cathedral and the jewish quarter, Figueres with the Dalí Museum, or just get to the coast villages to taste typical catalan dishes like the anchovys or the "garotes".
