Forn de Can Margarit - Calonge

The property is located in the suburbs of the town of Calonge, in a very quiet place among woods and growing fields, three km. away from the beach.The property is formed by four independent accomodations (See property Ref: 21006, 21008 and 21009) . They were built in 1820 and they have got big outdoor spaces: a games area with a mini-soccer table and a ping-pong table, and a 12x6 m swimming pool. It is inside the main house, and has got an old oven where the bread used to be prepared.

There is a first level with a living room in where you can see the old oven for baking bread. On another level we find a kitchen with a washing machine and a gas oven. There are two double rooms, one of them with a queen size bed, and a bathroom. It has got antique furniture and individual heating.

You can visit the Castle of Calonge, go on trips to the mountains of Les Gavarres or relax on the beaches of La Costa Brava. You can rent horses 9 km. away and you can also practise water sports. You can visit the town of Girona, with its cathedral and the jewish quarter, Figueres with the Dalí Museum, or just get to the coast villages to taste typical catalan dishes like the anchovys or the "garotes".
