Annexe Casa del Reloj - Castell d'Aro

Rural house with 3.500m located in Castell d’Aro, place where you could enjoy the see and the mountain. There are magnificent views to the sea from the house. Playa de S'Agaró a 2 km. 2 houses within a same property but with totally independent entrances, to be able to rent them individually or jointly. The 2 houses are surrounded by pine groves, cork oaks and olive trees. In the outside there are a private swimming pool (8mx5m) (but only if the house is booking with the other), a shower, cleanliness, zone of barbecue and outer furniture.

Small study of 60m. with one room with double bed, a kitchen-living room with one sofa-bed of 1 '40 and one bathroom with shower. In the outside there are the garden and a terrace with table and chairs with views to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, furnace microwaves, washing machine, heating and conditioned air. It does not have swimming pool but if the study would only be rented and the main house could not, it is possible to make use of the swimming pool.

Located in Castell d’Aro, in the Baix Empordà to 500m of the centre of the town. Their old nucleus has been declared Well Cultural of National Interest with the historical urbanization of S'Agaró located between beaches of Sant Pol and Sa Conca and their way of round. Within the old centre of Castell d'Aro we have to emphasize the Castle of Benedormiens that it gives rise to the population and where at the moment exhibitions are celebrated, the Museum of the Girl (Wrist) with more than 300 wrists of all the times. During the year diferents events take place in this village (living manger, fast painting contest, medieval market,…). You could practice nautical sports, to ride a horse in Santa Cristina d'Aro, to ride a mountain bicycle by the bulk of the Gavarres and the Green Way that unites the populations of S'Agaró, Girona and Olot. Sea and mountain are united in a perfect symbiosis that also is reflected in the gastronomy of the zone with plates like “Sepia with meatballs”, “Norway lobsters with chicken”,… that you could taste them in the restaurants of the zone. Other interesting places are: Beach of Castell in Palamós, protected natural zone, medieval villages like Pals, Peratallada… villages with a long marine tradition like Palamós, Calella, Sant Feliu de Guixols,…
