Totally reformed country property situated near the town of Riudarenes. The house is set among 12 acres of woodland and tree nurseries. In front of the house there is a garden and fenced pool (8m x 4m). At one side of the house there is a terraced area with garden furniture and barbecue. The garden also features children’s swing and sand pit.

The house is divided in two floors of 135 square metres each. On the ground floor there is a large hallway from where there is access to a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, and fireplace). From the hallway there is also access to the large living/ dining-room featuring TV, DVD, HiFi and piano. There ia also a bathroom with shower located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are a total of 4 bedrooms and a further bathroom. There are two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with 4 single beds in each. Possibility od adding two fold-up beds for children. Central heating throughout the house.

This privileged setting allows for some great outings on foot. There are also cultural visits on offer such as a visit to Hostalric and Farners castles and the old quarter of the city of Girona. For sports, there’s golf at Caldes de Malavella and of course the craggy beaches of the Costa Brava.
