Cal Lluis - El Pla del Penedès

The lodging is integrated in the property of an old country house from the 17th century. It is surrounded by vineyards and woods, with a garden and a portable barbecue and outdoor furniture. There is a 10x5 m swimming pool at the back part of the house to share with guests of property Ref: 30309. It is located in the town of El Pladel Penedès. It has a room with ping-pong, games and a dartboard.

The house is totally restored and mixes modern and antique furniture. The lodging is distributed in two floors keeping the rustic ceilings. There is a living room with a dining area, a fireplace and a TV, an open kitchen with an electric oven, a dishwasher and a fridge, a little room for the washing machine and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 double rooms, one of them with a queen size bed. There is also a bathroom, a fireplace and heating.

The house is set in centre of Alt Penedès, a region of internationally known wine and cava products. You can visit the Codorniu and Freixenet cellars and wine museums. The towns of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and Vilafranca del Penedès are very near and they also offer many attractions related to wine and cava. Montserrat is only 35 km. away, and the beaches ( Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltrú) can be reached driving 30 km.
