A restored granary, this old house is located on the highest point of the town of Calvinyà. It is made of stone with a slate roof, very typical in the Pyrenean. There is a courtyard at the entrance. The house has all the facilities, as well as a small garden with an artificial pond and garden furniture. The town is at the top of a mountain range, so that the view over the capital of the region, La Seu d'Urgell, is magnificent.

The lodging is distributed in two floors and a small attic. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with two very big windows and equipped with a dish washer and a washing machine. There is also a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a dining area with a satellite TV and Hi-Fi. On the first floor there are three double rooms with queen size beds and wardrobes, and a bathroom. One of them has got a balcony with a beautiful view. The attic is also conditioned as a room. Calvinyà is located in Valls del Valira. It is situated in the north of de Alt Urgell and it makes border with Andorra. The highest mountains of this region are in this village. The Region of the Alt Urgell is located in the centre of the Pyrenean, in the valley of the Segre.
