Cal Seuba - Montclar

Set in open countryside the property is approached from the rear where the structure of the former bread oven and the well can be appreciated. Just before the house there is a small meadow ideal for the children to play, and an area to park cars. On the opposite side of the property we find the private swimming pool (3.5m x 7.5m) and a terrace where there is a covered porch with barbecue, dining table and benches. The roof of the porch incorporates three ceiling fans for those warm summer evenings. There is also a small closed chicken run from where clients are free to take fresh eggs. The house is surrounded by fields and woodland.

 

Set on two levels. On the ground floor, opposite the entrance, there is a large double bedroom set under an arched ceiling typical of many Catalan “Masias” (Farm houses). At the end of the corridor the former oven of the house can be seen and to the left a bathroom (suitable for the disabled).
