El Pla de Montpol 3 - Lladurs

The house was built in the 10th century. It is totaly restored and located in a big farm property. It is surrounded by prairies and woods and there are four independent lodgings in it. It has got a big threshing floor with outdoor furniture and a shed with a barbecue and tools for using it. There is also a backyard with a 14x7m swimming pool and outdoor furniture to share with the guests in the other three lodgings. Every lodging has got an independent entrance.

Casa àmplia i confortable, formava part d'una masia del Segle X. Disposa de sala d'estar menjador amb cuina americana, llar de foc i televisió. La cuina disposa de forn elèctric, microones, rentadora i nevera integrada amb congelador. Té una habitació amb llit de matrimoni. Té dues habitacions dobles més amb dos llits individuals. Dos banys complets. Calefacció central. Té una terrassa àmplia a la mateixa planta, que és per on s'entra al allotjament, disposa de mobiliari de jardí. Preu de cap de setmana a partir de dues places.

The place is ideal for heading trips in every way: walking, horse-riding, by a four-wheel drive vehicle or by bicycle. The landmarks in the area are: the Mountain of Tuixent, the town of Port del Comte, the romanesque church of Olius, the Dolmen in Llenera, the gothic, romanesque and baroque cathedral of Solsona, the romanesque ruins in Navès, the spring of Cardener, the modernist cemetery in Olius, the Salt Mountain in Cardona, ..... You can also go trekking, fishing, horse riding, playing golf (10 km. away) and skiing (30 km. away).
