El Sauqüer - Lladurs

A totally reformed stone barn situated on an estate dedicated to livestock surrounded by fields and woodland. The estate has another four residences on it but this lodging  is quietly positioned away from the others. The house a large green area and a corner for picnics with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a swimming pool shared with the other residences.

This house is distributed on 1 floor. On entering you will find the living room with a fireplace and TV. Then there is the dining-room and a kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 3 with 2 single beds. 4 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower. There is another separate complete bathroom for the other bedroom. 1 of the bedrooms is adapted for the disabled. Central heating.

An ideal area for excursions on foot, by bike and 4x4 or on horseback to take in the scenery. The most recommendable places to visit are the mountain of Tuixent, Port del Compte, the Romanesque church in Olius, the Llenera dolmen, the regional and diosecis museums of Solsona, with its cathederal (boasting Romanesque, gothic and baroque styles). There are Roman remains in Tentellatge (Navès) and a salt mines at Cardona. There is a golf course 10km from the house and ski slopes 30 km away.
