La Teulería - Lladurs

A fully restored stone cottage forming part of a large farm estate surrounded by fields and woodland. The estate has a total of six independent self-catering lodgings, this one being 1km from the others. Outside this property features a covered porch with garden furniture and a brick barbecue. Close to the main part of the estate where the other lodgings are situated there is a lawn area and a large swimming pool (14m x 7m) for the use of all the clients.

 

The house is divided into two floors. On entering, we find the large living room/ dining-room complete with TV, fireplace and dining table for ten. Through a brick arch we enter into the kitchen, fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a small ante room where the washing machine and the iron are located. In addition, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. In one of the twin bedrooms there is the option of a double sofa bed, more suitable for children.

 

The place is ideal for excursions of all kinds: walking, horse-riding, by a four-wheel drive vehicle or by bicycle. The landmarks in the area are: the Mountain of Tuixent, the town of Port Del Comte, the romanesque church of Olius, the Dolmen in Llenera, the gothic, romanesque and baroque cathedral of Solsona, the romanesque ruins in Navès, the spring of Cardener, the modernist cemetery in Olius, the Salt Mountain in Cardona. You can also go trekking, fishing, horse riding, playing golf (10 km. away) and skiing (30 km. away).
