Casa Amarilla - Balada

The house is restored and located in the middle of river Ebro Delta. It is 300 metres away from the village of Balada, 100 metres away from the river and with its own pier. There is a garden and it is surrounded by rice fields. At the front of the house there is porch covered with grapevine. Balada belongs to the town of Sant Jaume d'Enveja, only 2km away, and it is near Amposta, the capital town of the region. The house in divided into two separate lodgings: properties 22206 and 22207, but can be joined together for larger parties.

The house is distributed on one floor. There is a living room with a TV, a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine and oven. There is one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.. Central electric heating and two fans on the ceiling and a stove with glass dors in the living room.

The location offers perfect surroundings for bike-riding, walking, fishing, rowing and doing water sports. Enjoy a boat ride down then rvier Ebro and take in the wildlife of its islands and the architecture of the riverbank buildings. It is also a great place for bird watching. Apart from the Natural Park of El Delta de l'Ebre, the region has a interesting cultural heritage, for example in the town of Amposta, where we recommend you visit the castle and the suspension bridge dating from 1919, or the archeological museum. In Ulldecona you can visit the Romanesque battlements and church as well as the sanctuary of Pietat and the prehistoric paintings.
